This series consists of one ledger containing debits, credits, and other transactions under a variety of accounts and headings, including State Treasurer; Oneida Bank; building fixtures and drains; furniture; attendants, assistants, and labor; fuel and lights; provisions and household stores; accounts of individual patients by name; miscellaneous and contingent expenses; steward; the well; books and stationery; leases; farm, garden and barn; improvement of the grounds; officers' salaries; clothing of patients; the barn (construction payroll); accounts of individual counties; supply of water; and furniture for new building. Balances of all accounts are given for some years.
